Prize Draw Terms

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by J.B Georgiadis & S Tang, trading as With Proof, of Ultimo NSW 2007 (“the Promoter”). With Proof is a registered business name of J.B Georgiadis & S Tang, ABN 65 774 360 490. Contact: info@withproof.com.au.

2. How to enter

Entry is free. To enter, publish a car listing on withproof.com.au during the Entry Period, on a free plan (including the Launch Special) or a paid plan. There is one entry per person, regardless of the number of listings they publish, plus bonus entries under the Bonus entries clause (clause 3).

An entry counts only once the listing passes the genuine-listing check: the seller replies YES or SOLD to the SMS sent 7 days after the listing goes live, or the Promoter marks the listing as genuine before the draw. Listings that are removed for breaching the site terms, or that the Promoter finds are not genuine, are not entries.

3. Bonus entries

Each entrant receives a personal referral link. An entrant receives one bonus entry for each Qualifying Referral. A Qualifying Referral is a listing published by another person who opened the entrant’s link before listing, where: (a) the listing is approved and remains live for at least 7 days; (b) the referred person confirms their mobile number by SMS code and has a different email address and mobile number from the entrant; (c) the vehicle’s VIN or registration is not used in any other listing; (d) the referred person declares their demerit points; and (e) the listing is published during the Entry Period and passes the genuine-listing check described in clause 2. There is no limit on the number of bonus entries. Referrals to oneself, duplicate or later-deleted listings, and listings created to gain entries rather than to sell a genuine vehicle do not qualify. The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes was obtained by fraud or gaming. Entrants must not send their link by unsolicited email, SMS or direct message; sharing on their own social media or in person is permitted. Bonus entries are awarded for Qualifying Referrals only, not for sharing.

4. Entry Period

The Entry Period runs from 1 December 2026 to 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 21 February 2027. Listings published after the Entry Period closes are not entries and do not earn bonus entries, however they are submitted.

5. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who publish a car listing on a free or paid plan during the Entry Period. Directors, partners, employees and contractors of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone listing a car on their behalf are not eligible.

6. Prize

The prize is one $2,500 Visa gift card. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Gift card terms apply.

7. Draw

The draw will be held on Sunday 28 February 2027 at the Promoter’s premises. The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries. The Promoter’s decision is final.

8. Notification

The winner will be notified by email (and by SMS where a phone number was provided) within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s first name and suburb will be published on withproof.com.au.

9. Unclaimed prize

If the winner has not claimed the prize within 28 days of notification, a redraw will be held on the next business day and the original winner forfeits the prize.

10. Changes to the promotion

The Promoter may cancel, suspend or vary the promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned for reasons beyond its control, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

11. Privacy

Entrant details are handled in accordance with the WithProof Privacy Policy and are used to run this promotion and the listing service.

12. Agreement

By entering, you agree to these terms and to the WithProof site terms.
