WithProof Launch Special — Free Listing Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

1. The Offer

With Proof is a registered business name of J.B Georgiadis & S Tang, ABN 65 774 360 490. WithProof ("we", "us") is offering a limited promotional offer ("Launch Special") to celebrate the launch of our platform in Australia. Under this offer, eligible sellers may list their vehicle on withproof.com.au at no cost, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Launch Special, you must:

  • Be a resident of Australia aged 18 years or older.
  • Create a registered account on withproof.com.au.
  • List a vehicle that you legally own or are authorised to sell.
  • Disclose your current demerit points to prospective buyers as part of the listing process. This is a mandatory requirement of all WithProof listings, both free and paid.

3. Offer Limits

  • The Launch Special is limited to the first 500 listings published on WithProof across all users. This is a collective cap, not a per-user limit.
  • Each user may create a maximum of 1 (one) free listing under this promotion.
  • Once 500 total free listings have been claimed across the platform, the Launch Special will end and standard pricing of $55 AUD per listing will apply.
  • WithProof reserves the right to end, modify, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

List your car by 21 February 2027 and you're in the draw for a $2,500 Visa gift card, drawn 28 February 2027. Free and paid listings are both entered - see the Prize Draw Terms.

4. Listing Duration

Listings remain published until the vehicle is sold or the seller removes the listing. This applies to both free Launch Special listings and standard paid listings.

5. Listing Requirements

All listings, whether free or paid, must comply with the following:

  • Listings must be for genuine vehicles currently available for sale.
  • All information provided must be accurate and not misleading.
  • Sellers must provide real photos of the actual vehicle being sold (no stock images).
  • The demerit points a seller declares are shown on their listing. Buyers can ask the seller to show their demerit points at inspection, for example in the Service NSW app in NSW.
  • Listings must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

6. Demerit Point Disclosure

WithProof is built on the idea that buyers should be able to see a seller's declared demerit points and decide for themselves. As a condition of listing on WithProof (both free and paid):

  • Sellers agree to share their current demerit point status with prospective buyers.
  • Buyers can ask the seller to show their current demerit points at inspection, in their state or territory's official licence app or online account.
  • Demerit points are declared by the seller. WithProof does not check them; buyers are encouraged to ask to see them at inspection.
  • WithProof is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

7. Removal of Listings

WithProof reserves the right to remove any listing that:

  • Contains false or misleading information.
  • Does not represent a genuine vehicle for sale.
  • Violates these terms or our general Terms of Use.
  • Is reported by other users for legitimate concerns.

8. No Cash Value

  • The Launch Special has no cash value and is not transferable.
  • The free listing cannot be exchanged for credit, refund, or any other form of compensation.

9. Standard Pricing

  • Once the Launch Special has ended or a user has used their 1 free listing, the standard listing fee of $55 AUD applies per listing.
  • For reference, comparable platforms charge significantly more: listings on other major Australian car marketplaces can range from $79 to $324 or more per listing.

10. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • The demerit points a seller declares are stored with their listing and shown publicly on that listing. They are the seller’s own declaration, and WithProof does not check them against government records.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • WithProof provides a platform for private vehicle sales and does not participate in, guarantee, or take responsibility for any transaction between buyers and sellers.
  • WithProof makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of any listing information, including demerit point disclosures.
  • Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
